Shipping Policy

We use Canada Post to worldwide. Shipping charges vary, and are based on the type of service, combined weight of the items in your order and your location. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and are displayed as you proceed through the checkout process.

In the event that a product exceeds Canada Post's shipping restrictions we use a freight company for shipping. This is noted on the affected product's page. We shop around to bring you the best rates.
 

• Orders shipped in the United States we offer the following options:

  Expedited US Commercial	Least expensive. Surface mail.
  XpressPost USA	Mid-priced mailing, as fast as two days once shipped.

• Orders shipped in the Canada we offer the following options:

  Regular	Least expensive. Surface mail.
  Expedited	Mid-priced mailing, as fast as two days once shipped.
  *Shipping times vary depending upon your location

   

• Orders shipped Overseas we offer the following options:

  Small Packets Surface	Least expensive. Uses surface mail services.
  Parcel Surface	Mid-priced mailing, using priority surface mail
  Small Packets Air	Air mail based shipping
  *Shipping times vary depending upon your location

• Shipping prices are expressed in US dollars.
• Orders exceeding $100 require a signature
• All shipping costs include insurance, which covers the cost of all items in your order.
• Guaranteed Delivery Dates are the responsibility of Canada Post and are effective from the time your order has leaves our loading dock. 
• Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for order-processing. Specified shipping times are in addition to order-processing time.
• We provide two order tracking systems

  Order Status	This provides details on your order prior to shipping
  Order Tracking	Once your order has been shipped you may view it in transit

• All related import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
• If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail, and ask how you would like to proceed.
