Returns
With few exceptions we accept for return "Like New" unused
merchandise for credit to your charge card. Goods must be
returned to us within 10 days of receipt with all original
packaging. Merchandise that is received in a condition which
is not resalable will not receive a refund. A restocking fee
of 20% may apply. You will receive a full credit the
purchase price minus shipping charges and restocking charge
(if applicable).
Returns from outside Canada will be subject to additional
shipping and duty/brokerage fees. These fees are the sole
responsibility of the customer.
Our Returns Policy does not apply to tack, clothing, custom, limited edition
and/or commissioned works created by any of our
Feature Artists.
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Materials
Authorization) number issued by GiftHorse Gallery. To
request an RMA number please contact us
by email at
returns@gifthorsegallery.com.
We will issue an RMA number and further instructions for
return.

If an item is
sent to us freight collect, the shipping fee will be
deducted from your purchase amount prior to your refund.
Refused orders are considered as orders returned without
authorization, and you may incur a handling or restocking
fee in addition to shipping expenses.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any merchandise for you that was
shipped in error. PLEASE NOTE: If we made a shipping error,
please contact us immediately. Upon confirmation we will ship the correct
merchandise as soon as possible, and include a label for the return
of the incorrect merchandise. Exchanges do not extend to
merchandise that was not shipped in error.

Damaged
Goods
If your item were damaged in transit please notify us
immediately. Please provide full details as to the nature of
the damage. All merchandise is insured and this information
is critical for us to launch a claim with our carrier.
GiftHorse Gallery will replace, at their discretion,
damaged goods free of charge.
Non
Returnable Items
We regret that tack, clothing, books, electronic
games, bedroom items, custom orders and/or commissions, sale
items and works by any of our
Feature Artists are non returnable.
