How to Use the GiftHorse Gallery Website
At GiftHorse
Gallery we want your online shopping experience to be a positive
one, so we have created a website that is simple to navigate. Enjoy
your visit and please come back often.
Follow these six
easy steps to shop our site:
Step One - Browse Store and Select Your Items
To place an online order with the GiftHorse Gallery begin
by browsing through our site for products you wish to purchase. When
you find an item that interests you simply add it to your Shopping
Cart by clicking the "add to cart" button
.
Once you have
finished selecting your items you may proceed to the
Checkout area to view the final contents of your Cart.
The Checkout can be assessed from any Product page or by clicking the word
Checkout in the Shopping Cart on
the upper right margin side of any webpage.
In the Checkout area you
may increase or decrease the quantity of any item
appearing in the Cart. You may also remove any product from the
Shopping Cart page by selecting the product and choosing delete.
The totals should automatically update, if not, just click on the
Update Totals to display the adjusted total. Once you have confirmed the items and quantities you
wish to purchase, click the
Checkout button
at
the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. Please be reminded that all
prices and shipping are billed in US dollars.
You can view the contents of the Shopping Cart at any time prior
to checkout, simply by viewing the Shopping Cart in the upper right
margin side of any webpage.
Step 2 -
Begin the Checkout Process - Enter Your Details & Confirm Your Order
On this page you are asked to provide us with your Name,
Address, Email address, telephone number (and a shipping address if
it differs from your billing address). You may add any additional
information in the space provided.
"Remember Me".
By placing a check in the Remember Me box, a
cookie is placed on your computer. One your next visit all of the
preliminary customer information is automatically filled in for your
convenience. No information is stored on our server. If do not wish
for this cookie to be placed on your computer simply leave this box
unchecked.
If you have a Coupon or
Discount number please enter the code number here
Please choose one of the following payment methods. You have the
option to select Credit Card, PayPal or Check/Money Order.
Before proceeding, please review all the information you have
supplied on this page to ensure its accuracy
Once you are sure all of the required information is complete and
correct please click the
Checkout button to proceed.
Step 3 –
Select your method of shipping
You are now directed to a page where you select your preferred
method of shipping. All shipments are handled by
Canada Post
or
FedEx.
Depending on your location you may select
from a variety of shipping methods.
Prices displayed are in US Dollars.
A handling fee of $3.00 is applied to all orders.
Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please click on the
Checkout button to proceed.
Step 4 –
Grand Totals
Your order
details including Goods Totals, applicable taxes, shipping and
handling are displayed.
Please click on the
Checkout button to proceed. All prices are displayed and
charged in US
Dollars.
Step 5 – Select your method of Payment
If you select Credit Card
You are directed to the
"Internet Secure" website for payment
processing. Please ensure the lock icon is displayed in the bottom
status bar of you web browser and that the site address is preceded
with https.
If you select PayPal
You are directed to the secure "PayPal" website for
payment processing. Please ensure the lock icon is displayed in the
bottom status bar of you web browser and that the site address is
preceded with https.
If you select Check/Money Order
You are directed to a page within our website
where your completed Order Details are displayed. In addition you
will receive an email copy with the same details. We will in turn
contact you directly via email to provide payment details. Once
payment has been received we will process your order.
Step 6 –
Order Complete, Congratulations!
Upon approval from you Credit Card company or PayPal your order is now complete.
You will immediately receive an email outlining the details of your
order. Please print this email for future reference if required. If
your order status changes you will be updated automatically by
email. You can
track the status of your order at any time by clicking on the
Order Status link.
Once your item
has shipped you can track it with Canada Post on their
Track a Package website.
Can I cancel
an order after it has been submitted?
All products ordered can be cancelled within 24 hours.
Please contact us by emailing our
Orders Department. Be sure to provide the following details.
Name, Address, Order Number, Email address, Date and time you placed
the order and reason for canceling. Remember you may cancel an order
only within 24 hours of placing the order.
